Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your secure shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the ring in its original velvet presentation box and wrap it securely in a padded shipping box to ensure the delicate setting and gemstones remain protected.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to guarantee safe transit back to our studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition against our original records, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
